At Cannabis Creative, our differences make us stronger – and we’ll never back down from protecting our people. From underrepresented groups in the industry to those harmed by the War on Drugs to our powerhouse team of cannabis professionals, and everyone in between, we embrace and appreciate all humans.
We are dedicated to educating, amplifying, engaging, and empowering our team and industry at large by cultivating partnerships with impactful organizations, promoting education through our communications, and taking responsibility for our role in creating and sustaining an environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Fair treatment, access, opportunity, and advancement for all people. One’s identity cannot predict the outcome.
Change begins with us.
While a cannabis marketing agency cannot undo the systemic oppressions put in place over decades by the War on Drugs and other legislative programs, we can take responsibility for the areas in which we can create change.

Our employees dedicate their time to volunteer, give back and create change in their own communities with a focus on four impact areas: environmental sustainability, children & youth, animal welfare, and health & wellness.

As DEI work constantly evolves, we are committed to ongoing training and education so we can tell your stories better.
Giving back to the

We aim to create change in the cannabis industry by donating our marketing services to organizations that align with our goals, ranging from social equity applicants, non-profits, mission-driven cannabis brands, and more.
