2024 Creative Gold Award for Branding
Provincetown, MA’s #1 cannabis dispensary, Hennep, wanted to refresh its visual brand identity to speak more directly to the rich Dutch history from which the company drew its name. The goal was to bring in the heritage and inspirational story behind the origins of Hennep from its founder while balancing the existing brand reputation that was so carefully built through the in-store experience in Cape Cod.
Leaning into the cultural and architectural motifs from Amsterdam, such as windmills and tulips, the Cannabis Creative design team maintained the integrity of the brand while crafting a stunning new identity that allowed Hennep to continue to evolve as one of the best dispensaries on the Cape.
