As Sanctuary was growing in 2019 with dispensaries opening in Massachusetts and Florida. They needed assistance with finalizing their overall brand, creating new product brands for added product lines, and improving their digital presence.
This meant the Cannabis Creative team guided the client in navigating the expanding cannabis dispensary space through branding, packaging and print design, web design and development, and social media.

Our team started by helping Sanctuary polish their existing company brand by making minor changes to maintain a modern and professional look. This included logo adjustments and a full review of their brand standards (typography, color palette, etc.).
After re-establishing the basic foundation of the Sanctuary brand, our team was able to focus heavily on their several individual THC-based product brands and unique branding for each, including Spellbound, Volcanna, The Beacon, and more.

The most hands-on aspect of this project was the design and development of the client’s new website. This phase included incorporating Sanctuary’s multiple locations with different information, menus, and recreational vs. medicinal distinctions on each respective site.
The complexity of this site established a website system that is scalable and enables location-specific content and imagery to further reduce friction for site visitors and build a meaningful customer experience.
We also employed SEO best practices to build an optimized website and publish organic content in the blog section of their website. This included well-optimized page titles, meta descriptions, and so on.
