Hapsy CBD reaches previously untapped markets

Female-founded and based in Atlanta, Georgia, Hapsy takes pride in helping to support women with their wellness goals. Hapsy provides pure isolate CBD products that are designed to be discreet and easily taken on the go. Their mission is to create moments of “hapsiness” and to give customers that calm feeling you get when you’re right at home.

Hapsy needed to reach previously untapped markets

Hapsy came to Cannabis Creative to revamp its digital marketing messaging and to improve the quality and depth of its reach. At the time they came to us, Hapsy was a relatively young business operating in a crowded CBD market. The Hapsy founder and CEO approached Cannabis Creative to identify unique opportunities to help the brand stand out. 

They were additionally trying to target an audience that was largely uninformed or unfamiliar with the benefits of CBD topicals and tinctures, which demanded a balance of educational yet entertaining content. 

Moreover, Hapsy needed to solidify its brand voice to pay homage to its Southern roots and attract the right customers. “Whiskey in a teacup” is how the founder described it–sweet, yet direct and effective. 

Cannabis Creative enhanced Hapsy’s message and honored its voice

To determine our best path to success, Cannabis Creative did a deep dive on Hapsy’s existing social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. The audit included assessing both the aesthetic quality and performance of the brand’s social content, where we pinpointed its key strengths and weaknesses.

After careful review, the Cannabis Creative’s content strategists developed a custom messaging strategy that would ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Cannabis Creative greatly enhanced Hapsy’s social media profiles with new bios, beautiful custom graphics, user-generated content, informative posts, imaginative stories, and tailored highlights. Our team also took our own product photography and created Instagram Reels to maintain a fresh look for the brand. These efforts were further supported by monthly analytics reporting, and meticulous hashtag and follower strategies.

The team additionally went above and beyond to facilitate influencer partnerships and campaigns, recommend myriad business solutions and connections, and most importantly smoothly navigate all the red tape that surrounds cannabis and CBD-related messaging on social media.

Our efforts tripled Hapsy’s followers, and their loyal fanbase continues to grow.

A new email marketing toolkit

Beyond social media, Hapsy needed an overhaul of its email marketing campaigns to better enchant new followers, re-engage old customers, and entice leads with targeted promotions. Cannabis Creative’s email specialists began with an extensive audit of all existing materials in order to establish a baseline and find the optimal strategies for reaching these key audiences.

Our team took these campaigns a step further by implementing various technical optimizations to speed up delivery, keep newsletters out of email spam folders, and preserve content formatting. These optimizations were informed by the data received from closely monitoring the email analytics and integrations with the client’s website and e-commerce platform.

The resulting email campaigns were equally eye-catching as they were functional in their intended marketing goals. The templates and content blocks generated for these various initiatives can be repurposed for future email marketing campaigns as well.
