Fronto King is a 100% all-natural tobacco leaf originating from the River Valleys of Connecticut. Their fronto leaves are grown on 100 acres of fertile tobacco land which has been in the family since the late 1800s. Grown for two years, the leaves mature to have a distinct, rich flavor with an aroma that is naturally sweet, earthy, and smooth.
Fronto King needed to prove that they were a trustworthy brand of quality tobacco products.
Fronto King needed to transform its customer experience to prove that they were a trustworthy brand of quality tobacco products. With many competitors using their trademarked name, the client was in search of a way to establish themselves as the go-to brand in this space.
Additionally, while Fronto King was selling merchandise, such as pillows and t-shirts, online, they had to make it clear that they were not selling tobacco products online, which was causing payment processing issues.
The Cannabis Creative team took two main courses of action to address the client’s needs: professionally design an e-commerce website and film a video series.
The Cannabis Creative team took two main courses of action to address the client’s needs. First, the web design team developed a simple Shopify website for Fronto King with options to purchase branded merchandise as well as product views for tobacco products that were explicitly not available for sale online.
With a new and professionally designed website, Fronto King was able to showcase its legitimacy versus that of its competitors trying to capitalize on the brand’s name. The website was also linked to PayPal and Printful to integrate streamline customer transactions and fulfillment for merchandise orders.
Second, the Cannabis Creative team helped execute the filming of Fronto King’s video series. With this media, the client was able to communicate directly with their audience around content ranging from the company history to how to roll an expert blunt with TriCann Cannabis of the False Teeth strain. This series maintained Fronto King’s friendly and professional brand voice and lent additional credibility to their name.
